what payment options do you accept?

how long does it take to process an order?


Digital downloads are available immediately. Print orders are processed Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST. Print orders take 3 business days to process and it takes 8-10 days to print, ship and deliver. (Expedited shipping options are available).




will i receive a proof?


If you have a print production order - you will receive a proof for approval via email prior to production. Once your proof has been approved, it will go into production and you will receive a production confirmation via email. Once your print order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.




does every order receive a proof?


Not every product we offer includes a proof. Please see individual product descriptions for more details.




what are the cut-off times for print production?


The cut-off time for customized approved orders to be sent to production is 2:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday). Any approvals received after 2:00 p.m. EST (Monday-Friday) will be placed in to production the following business day.




how fast will I receive my print order shipment?


All of our print products include 10 business day shipping/delivery to U.S. Residents. (See below for Canada Shipping) We also offer expedited shipping options including 3 and 5 business day options (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Expedited shipping is not available for all products or shipping locations.




will i receive my order in one (1) shipment?


Depending on the size of your order, you may receive your items in multiple shipments. Often times our Professional Printing Partners will ship production orders that are completed ahead of schedule.




do you ship to p.o. boxes, apos and mpos?


Our Professional Printing Partners are unable to ship to postal office boxes and military addresses at this time. However, we are always happy to make arrangements to meet your delivery needs. Please send an email to create@creativeapestudio.com to inquire about options available.




do you ship to Canada?


Yes, our Professional Printing Partners are set-up and currently shipping to Canada. We offer 10 and 5 business day shipping options for Canada Residents.




what if my order is late?


Our sincerest apologies that your order did not arrive to you by the estimated date of arrival associated with your order. The estimated time of arrival is our best guesstimate as to when your package will be delivered. If you have not received your order by the estimated time of delivery, please send an email to create@creativeapestudio.com




what do i do if my order has an error?


Even though we have a proof approval process for personalized orders and we double check every order, sometimes a typo or mistake does reach a customer. If this happens to you, we sincerely apologize. We’re more than happy to correct it for you. If you receive your order and it different from what you originally ordered or has an error, please send an email to create@creativeapestudiol.com. Be sure to include your order number and full details on which item is incorrect. Reprints are processed as soon as possible!




are the colors on your website the exact colors printed?

What Will My Customization/Personalization Look Like?


Nearly all the items on the site are custom made to order, so the final product you receive may vary in appearance in terms of letter/word spacing and layout, but we’ve made every effort to try to give you the best possible idea of what your information will look like on your item.




What Is Your Return Policy For Personalized Items?


If you are dissatisfied with your personalized items, please email create@creativeapestudio.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace the damaged or defective item.
It is your responsibility to review your order and proof to confirm that it is correct before submitting it to us. Your order is specifically made for you, and therefore Creative Ape Studio Design Shop cannon accept returns or refunds of personalized products if the dissatisfaction is not due to an error by Creative Ape Studio Design Shop.

For instance, Creative Ape Studio Design Shop cannot refund personalized product if the quality issue is due to: Typographical errors, misspelled words or name, incorrect grammar, unfinished text, or other material provided by the user.
Low quality or blurry photographs provided by the user. If your photo is not high resolution and will not print well, select a different photo for your project.
Design or creative choices. Please be sure you are satisfied with the color combinations, photographs and overall layout of your products before submitting your order.
Please note that each order you submit is completed by one of Creative Ape Studio Design Shop Professional Printing Partners. Our Professional Printing Partners work hard to keep the final products as consistent as possible, but slight variances in color may occur. Color or binding variations are normal occurrences and will not be considered manufacturing defects or deficiencies and will not qualify for replacement product.




What Is Your Return Policy For Non-Personalized Items?


If you are dissatisfied with non-personalized items you purchased through Creative Ape Studio Design Shop, please contact Customer Service at create@creativeapestudio.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept the return of any non-personalized products that are in their original, new, unopened and unused condition. Customer Service will guide you through the appropriate steps to replace the product, or to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price.
If your return is due to defective or damaged merchandise, we will reimburse you the return shipping costs. If your return is not due to a quality issue, we cannot reimburse you the return shipping costs.




I Missed A Recent Promotion/Sale. Can You Apply The Code To My Recent Order?


Unfortunately, as stated on our website and in our newsletters, all sales promotions are not applicable towards previously placed orders. The programming for each promotion is created in advance and scheduled automatically to begin at a designated time period.
